Yes, Sphere Born Inc. is incorporated as a nonprofit organization in the State of Indiana and is federally recognized as a Public Charity, exempted under IRC Section 501(c)(3). EIN 39-4077534. Contributions to Sphere Born Inc. are tax deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any goods or services provided in exchange for your donation i.e. concert tickets, will reduce the deductible amount.
